Daria Kuzmina

Daria Kuzmina is a senior pursuing a B.S. in Information Technology. In Summer 2024, she studied abroad in Zagreb, Croatia, completing coursework in Artificial Intelligence that deepened her understanding of emerging technologies and their global applications. She also completed an international internship in Madrid, Spain, working with a startup company where she gained hands-on experience in technology innovation and cross-cultural collaboration. 

These experiences shaped her commitment to encouraging other students to explore international opportunities, recognizing the academic and personal growth that comes from stepping outside their cultural and professional comfort zones.

Veronica Jo

Veronica Bersamin Jo serves as the International Education Administrative Liaison for the USF College of Engineering. With over two decades of experience in international education, she brings a wealth of global perspective and program development expertise to her role. 

Her academic and professional career include studying abroad at Corpus Christi College of the University of Oxford, and creating student pathways in collaboration with higher education institutions in Korea to establish the SUNY Korea Program for Stony Brook University.  Today, her guidance supports our Engineering faculty in partnership with USF World to design and implement Faculty-Led Study Abroad opportunities for the USF College of Engineering. 

Veronica is a passionate advocate for the international education and a firm believer in its transformative impact. She is dedicated to supporting the college in expanding academic and professional access through meaningful global learning opportunities, while also instilling these same values and a deep appreciation for international travel in her own two children.
