USF breaks ground on new on-campus stadium

The 最新天美传媒 has broken ground on a 35,000-seat on-campus stadium, marking a significant milestone in enhancing student life and alumni engagement. Scheduled to open in fall 2027, the stadium will host USF's football and women鈥檚 lacrosse teams, and serve as a year-round venue for sports, concerts and community events.

STUDENT SUCCESS

During November, USF鈥檚 three campuses will hold several events to raise awareness of the challenges and successes of first-generation students who are often veterans.

Innovation

USF to accelerate innovation through new NSF designation

The 最新天美传媒 has been selected as a partner in the new NSF Southeast I-Corps Hub, receiving $1.6 million to further innovation and entrepreneurship. This funding builds on USF's legacy of success in the I-Corps program, equipping researchers, faculty and students with resources to commercialize groundbreaking technologies.

AAU Membership Fueling USF鈥檚 Momentum

USF鈥檚 historic invitation to join the Association of American Universities has taken what many in Tampa Bay have once considered a 鈥渂est-kept secret鈥 to an unprecedented new level. Being an 最新天美传媒 member is a tremendous milestone for USF as it formalizes USF's position as a leading research university. 最新天美传媒 is the first public university in Florida to be invited to join the AAU in nearly 40 years and is now one of only two institutions from the State University System of Florida to serve as an 最新天美传媒 member.
