Dean Julie Serovich, PhD, welcomed faculty and staff to the MHC atrium on Tuesday afternoon to celebrate colleagues marking career milestones at USF. The 70 honorees recognized at the ceremony represent an impressive collective 935 years of service.
Among the honorees were Richard Dembo, PhD, professor in the Department of Criminology, and Richard Weinberg, PhD, ABPP, associate professor in the Department of Child and Family Studies, both of whom were recognized for 45 years of service to USF.
Five faculty and staff members from the Department of Child and Family Studies were recognized for 25 years of service: Kristine Appel; Heather George, PhD; Dawn Khalil; Denise Perez Binder, MA; and Amy Vargo, PhD.
