BIOGRAPHY:
Professor Joseph T. Swiecki is the Central Intelligence Agency's representative to the U.S. Naval War College and the George H. W. Bush Chair of National Intelligence. He teaches policy analysis in the National Security Affairs Department and electives on intelligence. In more than 29 years of U.S. military and government service he has held senior positions in Washington D.C. and the foreign field. In his career he has worked closely with the National Security Council, Congress, and other governmental agencies on the creation and implementation of critical U.S. government policies.
