History alumna鈥檚 journey from intern to CEO of the Ybor City Museum Society
Arminda Mata鈥檚 journey is an inspiring testament to resilience and leadership. After graduating summa cum laude in History at USF, Mata interned at the Ybor City Museum Society, where she gained the hands-on experience that shaped her career. Just a few years later, she returned as curator and quickly rose to CEO. Today, she leads innovative programs like the Rollin鈥 Through History Mobile Museum and continues to mentor USF students, proving how an internship can open the door to lifelong impact.
