Dr. Schanbacher鈥檚 Latest Collaborative Publications Explores Community Approaches to Food Sovereignty

UPDATE: In addition to Dr. Will Schanbacher's co-authored an article in the Journal of Agriculture, Food Systems, and Community Development titled "Setting Tables for Community Food Sovereignty," he has a new co-authored publication titled "Crafting a grassroots introduction to food policy course." The initial article outlines a community-driven research project in Tampa that led to the creation of a practical toolkit for assessing and transforming local food systems. While the latest piece is a reflection on听a pilot, public-facing virtual course, "Introduction to Food Policy."
