Conference Room Reservation
The USF Humanities Institute has a new conference room available for use by students, faculty, and staff to host meetings or event gatherings. At this time, the room is available for use during business hours.
Location: Humanities Institute suite CPR 478 B (Cooper Hall 4th Floor)

June 2026: Due to repairs taking place in Cooper Hall, the CPR 478 Humanities Institute
Suite and Conference Room will be unavailble until further notice.

- Conference table (5 modular tables together)
- 12 chairs
- Dry erase board + markers
- TV computer (wireless keyboard + mouse)
- HDMI cable
- Camera + built in speakers and microphone for virtual meetings
