There are several resources available to help USF Purchasers find Suppliers

1. Use Bull Marketplace
   Our BMP Punch-Out suppliers offer a wide range of goods and services for publicly sourced prices.  You can also use BMP to search for existing suppliers that have already registered with USF.

2. Use Other Available Contracts 
   Using existing contracts one of the most efficient and cost-effective ways to make purchases for commodities and services! USF Purchasing, Co-operatives and other public agencies have countless Suppliers who have been awarded contracts through public solicitations and these contracts are available to use by anyone in the USF community at any dollar level.
   
   What's the catch? There isn't one! For documentation, a copy of the contract should always be attached to the requisition request along with the contract number and/or weblink, and the quote should reference the pricing agreement or contract number.

3. Use USF Supplier Development and Engagement Resources 
   USF-SDE support suppliers looking to navigate procurement at USF, and can support USD departments with developing plans for addressing responsible procurement. Contact them at supplier@usf.edu

5. U.S. GENERAL SERVICE AGREEMENTS (GSA)
   USF, as a state government entity is authorized to make purchases only certain items under the Cooperative Purchasing Program Multiple Award Schedules (MAS).

   Mobile device and mobile application management (MDM/MAM) tools, Automated data processing equipment (firmware), Software, Cloud computing services, Hardware, Support equipment, Professional IT services.	Security and law enforcement equipment, Alarm and signal systems, Facility management systems, Firefighting and rescue equipment, Law enforcement and security equipment, Marine craft and related equipment, Special purpose clothing, Related services.

   Disaster Purchasing Program

   All MAS products and services are available, when buying in support of disaster preparation, response, and major disaster recovery, as well as recovery from biological, radiological, or terrorist attacks.

   1122 Program

   Equipment to support counterdrug missions, homeland security, and emergency response from General Services Administration (GSA), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), and Department of Defense (DoD) sources of supply.

   Public Health Emergencies

   All MAS products and services are available when spending federal grants funds in direct response to public health emergencies.
