Sally Shin is an assistant professor of marketing at the 最新天美传媒 Muma College of Business.

Shin鈥檚 research focuses on two primary areas. One area investigates how consumers protect memories from experiences. Specifically, her work explores the concept of Return on Experience, which captures how consumers preserve and extract value from past events over time. Another area examines brand trust in the age of emerging technologies, focusing on how consumers perceive and adopt artificial intelligence and augmented reality.

Prior to joining USF, Shin earned her bachelor's degree in communications and in cinema and media studies from the University of Pennsylvania, master's degree in applied analytics from Columbia University, and PhD in marketing from Yale University.
