Student Organizations

Student Organization events are defined as an event planned by the organization for their organization or the USF Community. The Student Organization is responsible for planning, executing, and paying for the event. In order to make reservations at the MSC, your organization must be registered through the Center for Leadership and Civic Engagement (CLCE). If you have questions about registering a Student Organization, please contact CLCE.

the MSC FALL RESERVATION BOOK is open!

Reservations for the Fall Semester begin on June 1st at 10 am. Follow the steps below to make reservations at the MSC:

This form adds or updates the student organization's MSC Accountable Officers. Only MSC Accountable Officers can make reservation requests in the MSC. 

Ensure that the president listed on the Accountable Officers form, matches the president on the organization's BullsConnect page.

Update the organization鈥檚 BullsConnect page before submitting the MSC Accountable Officer Form if needed. For help with updating the BullsConnect page, contact bullsconnect@usf.edu. 

MSC Accountable Officer Forms are processed manually by the event planning team. An email will be sent to each officer listed on the form after it has been processed. 


STEP THREE:

Once the MSC Accountable Officer Form is approved, create a Web User ID to access the online reservation system. 

Visit to create a Web User ID. Our team manually processes and approves Web User ID requests submitted by MSC Accountable Officers. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email. After approval, your organization can submit MSC reservation requests online. 

If you already have an account and need access to a different organization, first complete step two to update your MSC Accountable Officer status. Then, email sa-ems@usf.edu  with the organization's name to request web user access. 
 

Please note that students can serve as MSC Accountable Officers for multiple organizations, but they can only have Web User ID access for one organization. 

All accountable officer forms and web user ID requests are manually processed. Due to the high volume of requests, responses might be slower than usual.
