About: This indicator measures the inflation-adjusted Real GDP per capita generated by the Accommodation and Food Services sector (NAICS 72) in each metropolitan area. Because the measure is per capita, it reflects the intensity of hospitality-sector economic activity relative to the local population, not the total size of the tourism industry.
